Returns

Gulf to Bay Gift Baskets wants all of our customers to be happy with the merchandise they have purchased from us. If you would like to return or receive a credit on any defective or missing items, please contact us and we will be happy to take care of you!

Customers who wish to return merchandise because they are not satisfied with the item(s) may call us within 5 days from the date of receipt to discuss return. All returned products must be unused and in original manufacturer packaging. Customer is solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to Gulf to Bay Gift Baskets.

Damages or Defective Goods

Any physical damages or discrepancies such as crushed, opened, loose, or missing items must be reported to Gulf to Bay Gift Baskets within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

Order Changes

If you have submitted your order and wish to add, remove, or substitute items, you may do so if it has not been shipped by contacting Gulf to Bay Gift Baskets.  Any changes to an existing order may delay the processing and shipment.

Special Orders or Events

Gulf to Bay Gift Baskets is able to create custom baskets at your request.  If you would like to make changes to one of our baskets please feel free to contact us and we will help in any way we can.

Gulf to Bay Gift Baskets can supply baskets (and balloons if local) for any events you may have.  Please keep us in mind for parties or gifts for corporate events.
